What to write about

• Corrections. Something on the site is wrong or out of date. Send the page address and what you think is inaccurate. If you are right, we fix the page and note the change.
• Privacy requests. Ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Put "Privacy request" in the subject line so it is routed quickly.
• Advertising and partnerships. Enquiries about sponsored content or affiliate arrangements.
• Legal and rights. Copyright, trademark, or other legal notices.

What we cannot help with

Orders, shipping, and refunds. We do not sell products and we never process payments. If you bought something after following a link from this site, your order is with that retailer, not with us. Contact them directly through the account or order confirmation they sent you, and they will handle tracking, returns, and refunds under their own policy.

Medical questions. We are a publisher, not a healthcare provider, and we cannot tell you whether a product is right for you, whether it interacts with your medication, or what your symptoms mean. Those questions belong with a qualified professional who knows your history. If a symptom worries you, please seek care rather than writing to us.
