Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Brainfullness collects when you visit this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who is responsible for your data

Any question about this policy, or any request relating to your data, goes to the email address above. We answer within 30 days.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not sell anything directly on this site, so we hold very little about you. What we do receive falls into two groups.
Technical data sent automatically by your browser. Every request to a web server includes this. It covers your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, language setting, the page you requested, the page that referred you to us, and the date and time.
Data you choose to send us. If you write to us by email, we hold your email address and whatever you put in the message, for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.
We do not knowingly collect health information, and we ask you not to send us any. We do not collect payment details, because we never process payments. If you buy a product after leaving this site, the retailer handles that transaction and their own privacy policy applies.
Why we use it
- To serve the pages you request and keep the site working.
- To understand which articles are read, so we know what to publish next.
- To measure whether advertising we pay for actually brings readers.
- To detect abuse, fraud, and automated traffic.
- To answer you when you contact us.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use them for two purposes: keeping the site functioning, and measuring traffic in aggregate. We do not use cookies to build an advertising profile about you on this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, though some measurement will be inaccurate. If you arrived here from an advertisement, the advertising platform that showed you that ad may have set its own identifiers before you reached us, under its own policy.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not trade it.
We share limited data with service providers who make the site work, and only so they can perform that service: our web hosting provider, which necessarily processes your IP address to deliver pages, and our traffic measurement provider, which receives page views in aggregate form.
We may also disclose data if a law, court order, or government authority requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Links to other sites
Pages on this site link to third-party retailers, including Amazon. When you follow one of those links you leave Brainfullness and the destination site's own privacy policy governs what happens next. Some of those links are affiliate links, which means the retailer can tell that you arrived from us and may pay us a commission if you buy something. We do not receive your name, address, or payment details from those purchases, only aggregate reporting on how many sales came from our links.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Aggregate traffic statistics, which cannot identify you individually, are kept indefinitely. Email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the exchange ends, unless we need it longer for a legal reason.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to have it sent to another provider. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Residents of California may additionally ask what categories of personal information we collected in the past 12 months, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any of these rights, email administrator@iconcapitalglobal.com and tell us what you want us to do. We may need to ask you something to confirm the request genuinely comes from you. Exercising your rights costs nothing, and we will not treat you differently for it.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your data is transferred to and processed there, where privacy law may differ from the law where you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for a reasonable period. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
